1. All our products are imported by Eminence Asia Pacific Distributor, the easiest way to differentiate between genuine products from others is to see whether there’s an expiry date with the Exclusive Distributor logo on the product. 2. The general shelf life of our products is 12 to 15 months. We encourage our customers to use the products promptly once received. We restock our inventory monthly that allows us to maintain a steady supply of the freshest products. Stockpiling is not recommended.
3. Free samples are given as gifts with your purchase. You will receive a free sample for every $500 you spend. To choose the specific samples you would like to receive, simply go to Free Gifts and add the samples to your cart. If you do not choose or choose too many samples, we will choose for you based on your current purchase.

1. No, you may complete your purchase without creating an account or logging in. However, we strongly recommend that you do in order to get reward on your first purchase and earn Aloha Points for each dollar you spend.

We respect and protect our customers' personal privacy, therefore, we will only collect information that is necessary to process your order, such as your basic contact information and shipping address. None of your credit card or bank information will be stored and your personal information will not be disclosed to any third party.
3. We understand how frustrating it can be to make the wrong purchase online, therefore, we are happy to offer 100% refund for any reason as long as the order is not yet shipped out. Please contact us if you would like to amend or cancel your order.

We try our best to provide a variety of Eminence products that fit different skin types and concerns, however, if you're looking for a specific Eminence product and cannot find it on our site, we're happy to arrange special order for you. A 50% deposit is applied for each special order item, if you cancel the order within 7 days upon paying the deposit, we will give you a full refund. 1. We strive to provide the most efficient and convenient delivery method for you, therefore, we partner with SF Express for both commercial and residential delivery. If you decide to self-pickup your order, please put the designated SF Service Point as your shipping address. Free shipping is valid for all Hong Kong orders over $800.

4. If the sold out product is expected to be restocked within 7 days, we will put your order on hold and deliver all products to you within 7 days as soon as our inventory is restocked. If the wait in longer than 7 days, we will deliver the available products to you first and make separate shipment for the sold out product once they are available.
